Watch: Mariano's thunderous strike gives Real Madrid win over Chelsea
Real Madrid academy graduate Mariano Diaz Mejia proved he's ready for the big time, launching a rocket of a shot to score against Chelsea in Saturday's International Champions Cup friendly.
The 22-year-old - a Castilla product who's yet to make a competitive appearance for the first team - walloped what would stand as the game-winner.
Left-back Marcelo scored the other two goals to boost Madrid to a 3-2 win, while Eden Hazard made it close for the Blues with a brace of his own.

But Mariano's strike is the clear highlight of the match, which was played before 105,826 spectators at Michigan Stadium. It's the second-largest crowd to ever assemble for a football match in the United States.
Madrid helped set the record at the same venue in a 2014 friendly against Manchester United.
