Barcelona full-back Jordi Alba has the Catalans one step closer to a record 28th Copa del Rey title Sunday after the Spanish international fired the holder into the lead in the 97th minute.

Surging up the left flank against Europa League champ Sevilla, Alba was the beneficiary of an incisive pass from Lionel Messi before his left-footed finish across the face of goal trickled past shot-stopper Sergio Rico. Miraculously, it was Messi's first assist in Spain's domestic cup.
