England has already secured qualification to Euro 2016, with the visitor only holding vague hopes of automatic qualification and a half-chance of a playoff to get to the finals in France.
Despite having nothing to play for, Barkley turned on the style.
Crowded by a trio of Estonians, the Everton midfielder turned outside the area before sliding a perfect pass to Walcott. The forward could make no mistake after latching onto such a pinpoint ball, poking beyond the helpless Mihkel Aksalu.
