Manchester City an overwhelming favourite in updated EPL betting odds

As the fifth matchday of the Premier League season approaches completion, Manchester City has already produced an 11-point lead on Chelsea, therefore becoming the overwhelming favourite to win the league in updated betting odds released by the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook on Sunday.
City is also benefitting from a distinct lack of competition, as many of the usual heavyweights have struggled to storm out of the gates. Arsenal seems unable to score, Manchester United is a work in progress, and Liverpool is, simply put, a fraction of the club it once was.
The title is looking more and more like City's for the taking.
