Report: Liverpool not considering replacing Brendan Rodgers this summer
Despite Liverpool's 6-1 loss at the Britannia Stadium, Brendan Rodgers will reportedly be back at Anfield next season.
The Merseyside club are not considering replacing Rodgers, according to Sky Sports.
Rodgers is under fire following a season in which Liverpool finished sixth in the Premier League table and concluded their campaign with a thrashing at the hands of Stoke City.
A season review is apparently expected to take place in June, but a change of manager will not be one of the items on the agent.
Following Liverpool's humiliating end to the Premier League season, Rodgers stated: "I have always said if the owners want me to go I will go. But I still feel I have a lot of offer here. There is a lot that's happened there this year that has made the job tough."
Rodgers signed a long-term contract one year ago that is understood to keep him at Liverpool until 2018.
