West Brom appoint Tony Pulis as manager
Just two days after the firing of Alan Irvine, West Brom have their replacement.

Pulis, who signed a two-and-a-half year deal with the club, had this to say upon his appointment:

The former Stoke and Crystal Palace bench boss will assume control of his new players following today's match against West Ham, which means his first game in charge will come on Saturday in the FA Cup against non-league side Gateshead.
