As the marquee event in the CFL season, the Grey Cup never fails to attract its share of celebrities.
Tom Hanks watched the action with his good friend Martin Short at last year's game in Saskatchewan, and the West coast location of this year's final attracted Super Bowl champion quarterback Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks, who is enjoying his Thanksgiving long weekend after playing Thursday.
Wilson, who was once projected as a CFL quarterback in college due to his lack of size, held the trophy he would have been competing for had his career had taken him north of the border. He also met CFL commissioner Mark Cohon.
