"I want to play my part in helping the team to enjoy a successful second half to the season," Kravetz said of the 15th-place outfit.
Kravets completed his medical with Stuttgart on Sunday, but had to wait until Monday before the deal with the Ukrainian club was finalised. Galatasaray's Kevin Grosskreutz also completed a medical with Stuttgart and is waiting for his transfer to be made official.
Kravets' move to Germany will mark the Ukrainian international's first time playing for a team outside of Dynamo.
