In case the Novak Djokovic-Gael Monfils semifinal wasn't strange enough, Djokovic opted to play the final point of the third set with the neckline of his Uniqlo shirt ripped down to his navel.
After going up two sets and a break, Djokovic was blindsided by a resurgent Monfils. Then, with Monfils serving for the set, Djokovic blew three break points, then gave Monfils set point, and finally snapped.
After tearing the shirt, though, he still had to play set point.
Monfils won the set on the following point, but Djokovic put on a fresh shirt for the fourth, and closed things out to advance to the final.
