Report: Top-seeded Eugenie Bouchard withdraws from Citi Open

The 2014 Citi Open has reportedly lost its top seed and biggest draw.

Bouchard's camp has yet to confirm Rothenberg's report, but after reaching the semifinals of all three grand slams this season, the young Canadian has earned the right to be more selective with her tournament appearances.
Besides, Bouchard and her couch haven't had nearly enough time to properly reacquaint.
