Leon snaps up Atalanta forward Maxi Moralez

Club Leon has signed versatile Argentinian Maxi Moralez from Atalanta for a fee believed to be in the region of €5 million.

Moralez, 28, ends a four-and-a-half-year association with the Bergamo outfit after originally joining from Velez Sarsfield, and scored 18 and while laying on 20 assists in 142 Serie A appearances.
The forward joins a legion of players in Guanajuato who used to play in Italy, with Diego Novaretti, Guillermo Burdisso, and Mauro Boselli also on the Leon books.
