Report: Norwich City submits €10M offer for Inter's Andrea Ranocchia
Desperate to toughen up his backline, Norwich City boss Alex Neil has reportedly made a €10-million (£7.3-million) offer for Andrea Ranocchia in an effort to get his transfer business done early.
It is expected to be busy during the January window at Carrow Road, as the Canaries look to secure their Premier League status, and Inter Milan's gangly defender has been identified as an ideal fit for Norwich, according to BBC Sport's Mani Djazmi.

Ranocchia, who has 20 caps for Italy but has been a bench-warmer at club level under Roberto Mancini, has reportedly already received an offer of a salary in the region of €3 million per year.
The news of Norwich's move for the 27-year-old follows reports of a £8-million purchase of Everton forward Steven Naismith.
Norwich, which is 15th at the halfway point of the Premier League season, faces Southampton on Saturday.
