Chievo Verona substitute striker Roberto Inglese took matters into his own hands Sunday against Udinese, thumping a right-footed strike beyond Zebrette shot-stopper Orestis Karnezis.
Inglese's 72nd-minute moment of brilliance leveled the score at two goals apiece, with both sides desperate for a result to vault them from Serie A mid-table mediocrity.
Despite Chievo's best efforts, a third home victory on the campaign wasn't to be, as Udinese forward Cyril Thereau completed his brace in the 80th minute to give the visitors a vital 3-2 win.
