AC Milan's Bertolacci leaves match vs. Lazio with apparent hamstring injury

AC Milan midfielder Andrea Bertolacci, who scored the opening goal of Sunday's match against Lazio, limped off the pitch with apparent hamstring injury.

Bertolacci clutched the back of his left leg as he tried to keep the ball from going out.

Andrea Poli replaced him in the 35th minute.
