Dybala rocket leads Juventus to Coppa quarters

Juventus is inching nearer to a record 12th Coppa Italia title after nimble Argentine striker Paulo Dybala fired a missile beyond Atalanta shot-stopper Etrit Berisha in the opening stanza of Wednesday's Round of 16 clash.

Mario Mandzukic made it 2-0 just 12 minutes later as Max Allegri's side took a two-goal advantage to the interval.

La Dea substitute Abdoulay Konko made matters interesting with a 72nd-minute goal before Bosnian dead-ball specialist Miralem Pjanic again doubled Juve's lead from the spot three minutes later.

Not content to bend over for the five-time reigning Scudetto winner, another Atalanta sub, Emmanuel Latte Lath caffeinated the visitor's hopes nine minutes from time.

In the end, it wasn't to be Gian Piero Gasperini's lot, as the Old Lady advances to the quarters in search of a record 12th Coppa Italia triumph. Juventus will await the winner of Thursday's match between AC Milan and Torino.
