Chargers' Harbaugh: Herbert's 'biggest weakness is us'

Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh continued to show his love for Justin Herbert on Tuesday, explaining why he wouldn't change anything about the quarterback in yet another viral interview.

"He does everything, everything great," Harbaugh said on the "Herd." "How much he cares? He cares deeply. How much he trains? He trains the perfect amount. Everything that he does, don't change a thing. ... It is our challenge to get to his level. In my opinion, his biggest weakness is us. We have to be the ones that rise up to his level."

Harbaugh has arguably been Herbert's biggest supporter since becoming the Chargers' head coach last year. The 61-year-old, who said he was starstruck meeting the QB, went viral last month for saying he recently woke up and was determined that he needed to get Herbert into the Hall of Fame. Harbaugh also described the 27-year-old passer as "half man, half beast" after an impressive performance in November.

Herbert did look solid in his first year with Harbaugh on the sideline, passing for 23 touchdowns with only three interceptions to help Los Angeles reach the playoffs with an 11-6 record. However, the Chargers' season ended against the Houston Texans in the wild-card round, with Herbert throwing four interceptions.
