Westbrook joins LeBron as only players with triple-double against every team

Russell Westbrook earned a place in the record books with his latest triple-double.

By finishing with 32 points, 12 assists, and 11 rebounds in the Houston Rockets' 112-107 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday, Westbrook became just the second player in NBA history to record a triple-double against all 30 teams in the league.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is the only other player to ever accomplish the feat. He did so earlier this season when he put up 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists in November - coincidentally also against the Thunder.

Unlike James, who has competed for three different teams, it was impossible for Westbrook to pull off the milestone until this season. The Rockets' guard played for the Thunder for 11 years until he was shipped to Houston last summer in a trade for Chris Paul. He had a chance to beat James to the mark earlier in the campaign but fell one assist shy against the Thunder on Oct. 28.

Westbrook, who recorded his 146th career triple-double on Monday, now trails Oscar Robertson by just 35 triple-doubles for the most of all time.
