Tomas Tatar celebrated his 25th birthday in style against the Buffalo Sabres.
Entering Tuesday's action with five points in his last five games, the forward snuck a backhand past Linus Ullmark to give the Detroit Red Wings an early lead.
It's the second time Tatar has taken the ice on his birthday since cracking the Red Wings lineup, recording an assist against the Ottawa Senators in 2013.
