Los Angeles Kings head coach Darryl Sutter said forward Anze Kopitar is "fine" after suffering an upper-body injury against the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday.
Kopitar left the game and did not return after receiving an apparent elbow from Ryan Reaves, who was fined on Wednesday by the NHL Department of Player Safety for the incident.
Sutter added that Kopitar worked out with the team Wednesday, but his status for Thursday's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets has not been confirmed.
The Slovenian has four goals in 12 games this season.
