Micheal Ferland isn't the only banged-up member of the Calgary Flames.

Sportsnet's Derek Willis confirmed Tuesday that forward Joe Colborne will fly to Vancouver to visit a specialist and have a nagging wrist injury looked at.

Colborne, 25, had the best season of his career in 2014-15, recording 28 points in 64 games and adding a memorable short-handed goal in Game 3 of Calgary's second-round playoff series against the Anaheim Ducks.

The tally was Colborne's first career playoff goal and helped the Flames to their only win of the series.
