David Booth's time with the Toronto Maple Leafs hasn't produced many results, as the forward had one goal in 41 games entering Thursday's contest against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

But Booth showed signs of life Thursday, ending a 31-game scoring drought with a gorgeous goal that was set up by some nifty stick work from Peter Holland.

Booth, a former 30-goal scorer with the Florida Panthers in 2008-09, had six points in 41 games prior to the game against the Lightning and was signed to a $1.1-million contract last offseason.
