Montreal Canadiens defenseman Andrei Markov exited Tuesday's contest versus the Florida Panthers after partner P.K. Subban hit him in the side of the head with a clearance attempt.
Markov was able to skate off the ice, but headed straight to the locker room with the team's training staff.
He returned to the game shortly after.
