Kings sign Nick Shore to 1-year extension

The Los Angeles Kings inked forward Nick Shore to a one-year contract extension worth $925,000, the team announced Thursday.
Shore registered the highest goal, assist, and point total of his career during the 2016-17 season, tallying six times to go along with 11 assists for 17 points.
The former third-round pick of the Kings from 2011 serves as a depth player in a bottom-six role for L.A.
