Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins left Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins with a calf injury and won't return.
Watkins emerged on the Bills' sideline wearing a t-shirt and shorts after going to the locker room in the first half.
Before leaving, Watkins had a catch for 39 yards.
Starting guard John Miller also left in the first half, heading to the locker room with a slight limp, and is questionable to return. He was replaced by Kraig Urbik.
