Giants' Pierre-Paul shows off weight, individual workouts on Instagram

New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul has not attended offseason workouts with the team, so far refusing to sign his franchise tender, but he wants to assure fans he's staying in shape.
Pierre-Paul shared an Instagram photo of his weight on a scale at 274.7 lbs, and videos of his workouts, with a message about his commitment to dropping weight heading into the 2015 season.
Coming out of college, Pierre-Paul weighed 270 lbs and could do this:
So getting down to 265 may be ideal for the skilled pass rusher. In his first two seasons, Pierre-Paul was unblockable at times, posting 21 sacks. He tallied the same number of sacks over his next three seasons.
