San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miller has been charged with misdemeanor vandalism, according to Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area.
Miller faces up to a year in jail if convicted.
The charge results from an investigation into an argument between Miller and his girlfriend which allegedly included Miller throwing her phone into a wall.
The victim initially told police she was shoved out of a vehicle by Miller. She later denied Miller was physical with her during the altercation.
