Redskins finalize reported 4-year deal with new GM Scot McCloughan

After a 24 hours of negotiations, the Washington Redskins finally have their man:
Finally and officially: Scot McCloughan reached agreement to become Redskins GM.

Reports say it's a four-year deal. Former general manager Bruce Allen is expected to remain with the Redskins in a new role: team president.
McCloughan will report to Allen, but will also retain final say over the 53-man roster.
