Bears' Tim Jennings believes he's one of the NFL's 10 best players

Chicago Bears cornerback Tim Jennings appeared on NFL Network on Tuesday morning and offered this bold statement about his play:

That's a big claim for Jennings to make, especially considering he played a featured role on a Bears defense that ranked 30th last season. 

Jennings is a fine player that tallied 13 interceptions over the past two campaigns. However, if the NFL cleared every team's roster and had a redraft for the entire league, would Jennings be one of the first 10 names called? 

Not unless someone from Jennings' immediate family was making one of the selections. And even then, it would be close.
