Caplan also reports that some NFL executives believe there will be additional moves in the Browns' scouting department in the coming weeks.
Manocherian joined the Browns in June 2013 after spending the previous three seasons with the New Orleans Saints as a scouting assistant. Blaylock, who served as the assistant director of football operations at the University of Miami from 2008 to 2010, was also hired by the Browns prior to the 2013 season.
