Nine-time All-Pro offensive lineman Alan Faneca retired from football after the 2010 season, and he's scarcely recognizable today.
Faneca played at over 300 pounds, but since leaving the game he's shed a reported 100 pounds. And now instead of pushing defenders around, he pushes his own physical limits as a marathon runner.

Beefy offensive linemen dropping weight after retirement is becoming a bit of a trend. Former Baltimore Ravens center Matt Birk lost 75 bounds in rapid succession after hanging up his cleats last year, and now he's reportedly trying to become a model, while former Indianapolis Colts center Jeff Saturday transformed from a brick wall charged with keeping Peyton Manning upright into your average middle-aged dad.
