Giants' Dart suffers concussion in loss to Bears
New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart suffered a concussion during Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Chicago Bears.
Dart left the matchup in the fourth quarter and spent time in the medical tent before walking to the locker room. The Giants officially declared Dart out while leading the Bears 20-10 and replaced him with Russell Wilson.

The Bears scored 14 unanswered points at Soldier Field after Dart's injury to claim their sixth straight win of the season.
Dart, the No. 25 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, has provided the Giants' offense with a spark since taking over as the team's QB1 from Wilson in September. He completed 19 of 29 pass attempts for 242 yards before leaving versus Chicago.
Dart has particularly stood out with his rushing ability. The 22-year-old scored two touchdowns on the ground Sunday while carrying the ball six times. He was sacked twice and took five hits.
Wilson went only 3-for-7 passing with 45 yards during his relief appearance. The 36-year-old was also sacked twice.
In October, the Giants received a $200,000 fine for violating the concussion protocol during an evaluation of Dart. The incident took place after the first-year passer went into the blue medical tent versus the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 6.
New York coach Brian Daboll poked his head in during the evaluation, and running back Cam Skattebo went into the tent. Cameras also showed the sideline boss having an animated conversation with team physician Dr. Scott Rodeo before Dart was cleared to return to the game. The NFL fined Daboll and Skattebo $100,000 and $15,000, respectively.
