Report: McLaurin uncertain for Week 4, seeking opinions on quad injury

Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin is uncertain to play in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons, sources told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

McLaurin is getting additional opinions on the quad injury he sustained Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders, adds Pelissero.

The wideout exited after a 56-yard reception with 4:47 remaining in the third quarter.

The former third-round pick has 10 receptions for 149 yards through the first three games of the season.

Deebo Samuel will likely serve as Washington's top receiver should McLaurin miss time. The team is already without starting quarterback Jayden Daniels.

The Commanders signed McLaurin to a three-year extension worth up to $96 million prior to the campaign.

Washington sits second in the NFC East behind the Philadelphia Eagles with a 2-1 record.
