Brown to JuJu after holding joke: 'Mahomes resurrected your career'
JuJu Smith-Schuster saw Valentine's Day as an opportunity to take a jab at Philadelphia Eagles cornerback James Bradberry for his crucial holding penalty on the Kansas City Chiefs receiver in Super Bowl LVII.
But Eagles wideout A.J. Brown apparently didn't find Smith-Schuster's joke funny, calling the tweet "lame" while taking his own shots at the Chiefs pass-catcher:
First off congratulations. Y’all deserve it .This is lame. You was on the way out the league before mahomes resurrected your career on your 1 year deal Tik-Tok boy . He admitted that he grabbed you but don’t act like your like that or ever was. But congratulations again! 🎊👏🏾🍻 https://t.co/Z3SpMXnP4K

Bradberry admitted to the third-down penalty that helped put Kansas City in position to seal its second Super Bowl win of the Patrick Mahomes-Andy Reid era with a successful field-goal attempt in the dying seconds of the game.
Smith-Schuster said postgame that he "100%" felt the Eagles cornerback held him.
Glad you were finally able to get all that off your chest after all these years. Good game bro 👍🏾💍 https://t.co/2JNdB6uYqU

Eagles defensive back C.J. Gardner-Johnson and Dallas Cowboys pass-rusher Micah Parsons also jumped on the chance to put Smith-Schuster on blast, while Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes chimed in later.
I got more INT’s then bra had TD’s….. maybe I need to change to WR 😅😂

Brown and Smith-Schuster both joined their respective teams this past offseason.
The Eagles acquired Brown from the Tennessee Titans for first- and third-round picks and immediately signed him to a four-year, $100-million deal. Brown, 25, played a key role in Philadelphia's run to the Super Bowl, notching career highs in catches (88) and receiving yards (1,496).
Smith-Schuster, 26, signed a one-year deal with the Chiefs in free agency after struggling in his final seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He finished second on the team in catches (78) and receiving yards (933) behind star tight end Travis Kelce.
