Lamar Jackson converted a late fourth-down attempt with his legs to clinch a 36-35 comeback victory for the Baltimore Ravens against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.
With a chance to potentially run out the clock, the Ravens opted not to punt and instead go for the dagger while facing a fourth-and-1 from their 43-yard line. Head coach John Harbaugh could be seen yelling at Jackson from the sideline asking if his quarterback wanted to go for it.
Jackson's fourth-down conversion was set up by rookie pass-rusher Odafe Oweh forcing and recovering a fumble on Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire.
Jackson was responsible for all three of the Ravens' second-half scores. He completed an incredible jump pass to Marquise Brown for a 42-yard touchdown in the third quarter before adding two rushing TDs in the fourth to give Baltimore a lead it would never relinquish.
The dual-threat QB had a team-high 107 yards rushing while adding 239 passing yards. Sunday marked Jackson's first career victory against Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City.
