Knives used in Aaron Donald's crazy workout are made of rubber
Breathe easy, Los Angeles Rams fans.
The video that circulated last week of All-Pro defensive tackle Aaron Donald training against a knife-wielding maniac wasn't all it appeared to be.

Donald was working on hand drills using Krav Maga, a form of martial arts and self-defense. And those knives? They're made of hard rubber that won't penetrate skin, according to Alden Gonzalez of ESPN.
Real or fake, the knives are doing the trick in showcasing his incredible hand speed.
"I am very, very impressed with Aaron," said Al Carson, a police officer and the wielder of the knives. "His hands are just - they're a different level compared to the average NFL player. And his eye-and-hand-and-feet coordination are just superior to a lot of the NFL players that I've trained."
The reigning Defensive Player of the Year is coming up with new ways to show us just why he's head and shoulders above the rest.
