Colts fans got married on field before Thursday's game
An Indiana couple tied the knot on the field at Lucas Oil Stadium prior to Thursday night's game between the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos.
The wedding was officiated by the Colts' recently ordained mascot, Blue:
This has to be a first, right?

Did someone just got hitched at Lucas Oil Stadium ... while Broncos practice squad players and injured guys worked out on the other side of the field? pic.twitter.com/tQHID2V1sd

The couple, 39-year-old Jennifer Hardey and 48-year-old Joseph Swaim, told Nate Chute of the Indianapolis Star that they jumped at the chance to be married by Blue after the team sent an email to season ticket holders about the opportunity.
Hardey was escorted to the end zone by her father, a lifelong Colts fan who was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer last year.
"He kept saying he wants to walk me down the aisle," Hardey said. "We told (the Colts) that it would make my dad's day to be able to give me away."
