After being named in a lawsuit by a former NFL Network employee, Warren Sapp is not denying the accusation that he gave sex toys to co-workers while employed by the network. However, he does not see what was wrong with his actions.

The lawsuit alleges he gifted sex toys "three years in a row," and also that Sapp urinated in front of the former employee, Jami Cantor. Sapp appeared on WINZ-AM radio on Wednesday, admitting there is truth to Cantor's allegations but defending his behavior.

"I'm still trying to figure out where’s the sexual harassment?" said Sapp, according to A.J. Perez of USA TODAY Sports. "I did walk in the bathroom, but I did not urinate in front of her ...

"Where is the harassment at? I'm the notorious one. I'm always the bad guy. That's why I'm in here today. Ain't no #MeToo, nothing. No sexual harassment. You are not going to put that on me."

On Wednesday afternoon, Sapp tweeted a photo of the product - a sex toy disguised as a lipstick - he sent as a gift, saying he thought it was cute and had "nothing to do with sex".

"We were sitting there around Christmas time and everybody brought a Christmas gift, a little holiday joy for everybody," Sapp said. "So, my man had made a little novelty thing that looked like mascara, eyeliner, and different things. Little toys for ladies that move around a little bit. I showed them pictures and (the makeup artists) said bring me some, so I brought them some for the makeup ladies."

Sapp also added his "CTE acts up sometimes."

The Pro Football Hall of Famer was fired from the NFL Network in 2015 after he was arrested on suspicion of soliciting a prostitute and assault on the day of Super Bowl XLIX. He was named in the lawsuit along with Marshall Faulk, Heath Evans, Ike Taylor, and Donovan McNabb.
