Report: Saints to sign Ted Ginn Jr.

The New Orleans Saints will sign receiver Ted Ginn Jr., ESPN's Dianna Russini reports.

The signing will undoubtedly be viewed as the Saints making a move to replace wideout Brandin Cooks, who is on the trade block. The two small, speedy receivers are similar players, though Cooks has historically been much more efficient and productive.
