Renee Elise Goldsberry, Phillipa Soo, and Jasmine Cephas Jones, who played the Schuyler sisters in the original cast of the Broadway production of "Hamilton," added a twist to their performance of "America The Beautiful" before Super Bowl LI.
The trio sang "and sisterhood" to the lyric "and crown thy good with brotherhood," eliciting cheers from the crowd at the stadium.
Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn also seemed to love the modification:
If I wasn't already rooting for the Falcons, I would just for Dan Quinn's reaction to "and sisterhood" #SuperBowl pic.twitter.com/JbIA2sTP1s
