Harrison inspires son to greatness: If you don't win, don't come home

James Harrison has become well known for his stance on participation trophies, and with his son's flag football championship on the line, he had some motivational words for his son on Saturday.

Down by two at the half, the Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker told his son to either make something happen or not return home.

Luckily for the young Harrison, he's been watching Le'Veon Bell this season and knew exactly what do - hit the jump cut.

And he got to come home.
