Yet another group has filed a legal document in support of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
On Wednesday, the Scholars of Labor Law and Industrial Relations filed an amicus brief in support of Brady and the NFLPA's case to overturn the QB's four-game "Deflategate" suspension.
The group includes 10 law school professors. They argue that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell's decision to suspend Brady "bears all the hallmarks of an arbitrator dispensing his own brand of industrial justice" and "falls far short of the mark with regard to procedural justice."
It's the fifth amicus brief filed in the case, according to Daniel Wallach of Inside Sports Law.
