The feeling is mutual in the Mile-High City: Von Miller should be a member of the Denver Broncos for the rest of his career.
After the franchise-tagged linebacker said Wednesday that he plans to be a Bronco for life, general manager John Elway echoed the sentiment.
"We want Von to be a Bronco for life, too," Elway said on Denver Sports 760.
The two sides are negotiating a long-term contract extension, something Miller said he expects to "take care of itself."
A deal is almost certain to get done by the deadline, and it won't be a surprise if it makes the reigning Super Bowl MVP the highest paid defensive player in football.
