Kansas City Royals outfielder Alex Rios was the unlucky recipient of video review during the fourth inning of Game 4 of the ALCS on Tuesday.
Rios slid safely into second base for a steal, but was ruled out following review. It was revealed his foot briefly came off the bag while popping up as Toronto Blue Jays second baseman Ryan Goins stayed with the tag.

"On the slide, I did came off of the bag a little bit," Rios said following the game. "I knew I was out, but I was just waiting on the call."
