DraftKings has been running a ton of exciting contests this football season, and this week they announced a Player Appreciation FREEROLL to celebrate the season thus far. Anyone with a Draftkings account can simply fill out a team and play for a share of $100,000 in prizes this weekend, including a $10,000 first place prize.

When playing in a larger-field contest like this (and when you aren’t risking anything), it’s a great time to think outside the box with your picks. Here are a few under-the-radar players you may want to consider.

Robert Griffin III ($6,300): It seems like an eternity ago that RGIII was making a name for himself as a former Heisman winner and playmaker. If he is going to rise back to prominence, this could be the week as he faces Tampa Bay at home in his second game back from injury.

Charles Sims ($3,700): Last week, you may have seen this name on a lot of waiver wire lists, but the rookie did not have much of an impact in his first game. Who will get carries for the Bucs this week is a mystery, but if it is Sims, he could be a huge bargain.

Cordarrelle Patterson ($3,800): Patterson only has 26 catches on the season and has had a very minimal fantasy impact thus far. He is still a dynamic threat and against the abysmal Bears D, you could find a diamond in the rough with him this week.
