Like many people, Tom Brady indulges in junk foods when he's having a bad day.

Brady's personal trainer and business partner, Alex Guerrero, explained on "The Adam Schefter Podcast" that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback still enjoys eating pizza and cheeseburgers - especially when he's dealing with an injury.

"If Tom has an injury, like for example when he hurt his hand on a Wednesday and didn't think he was going to be able to play Sunday - that was a very strong emotion. He really thought it was over," Guerrero said around the 46:00 mark.

"So when you understand what people's emotional foods are and you can nurture his emotions through that with some emotional foods ... I will say that day that he injured himself and the day after that, that we're kind of getting him through the emotions of what had just occurred, it wasn't like super strict on our diet. We're not like that.

"We're very balanced, and we do things to kind of help our body stay in balance all the time. So if we feel the need to heat up a pizza and eat a pizza, we’re gonna do it. If he feels the need to have a cheeseburger, we're gonna do it."

Guerrero noted Brady's diet isn't as strict as people think it is and is based more around "moderation in all things."
