With the No. 52 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, the Sacramento Kings have selected IMG Academy forward Kenyon Martin Jr., who will reportedly be headed to the Houston Rockets according to The Athletic's Shams Charania.
The 19-year-old decommitted from Vanderbilt in June 2019, opting for a postgraduate year instead. Martin's explosiveness immediately stood out as he averaged 20 points and eight boards for IMG Academy this past season.
Martin previously played at powerhouse Sierra Canyon alongside Duke guard Cassius Stanley. He is the son of former No. 1 overall pick and New Jersey Nets star Kenyon Martin Sr.
