The Toronto Raptors got the win Friday but it certainly came at a price for Fred VanVleet.

VanVleet exited in the fourth quarter of Toronto's Game 4 win after he was hit in the face by the elbow of Golden State Warriors veteran Shaun Livingston. The backup guard was taken to the locker room where he received seven stitches, and he also lost part of his tooth in the incident.

The 25-year-old told the Toronto Star's Bruce Arthur that he passed concussion protocol testing, which allowed him to return to the bench for the final portion of the game.

VanVleet isn't feeling his new look, though.

"No, I don't," he said when asked if he feels more Canadian after chipping his tooth, according to TSN's Josh Lewenberg. "If that's what being a Canadian means I'm not sure I want it.

"I don't play hockey. I got a lot of respect for those guys and what they do, but losing a tooth is not fun."

Luckily for VanVleet, Drake offered up some assistance with his future dental work.

VanVleet now has a few days off to recover, as Game 5 goes down Monday in Toronto.
