Angel Hernandez is probably missing his old glasses.

Hernandez, the veteran umpire whose work has often drawn the ire of players and fans alike, was at it again during Game 3 of the ALDS between the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox. In the first four innings of Monday's contest, replay review overturned three of Hernandez's calls as he worked first base.

In the second inning, he called Didi Gregorius safe after a bunt, despite replays correctly showing the Yankees shortstop was out by a half step.

The Yankees benefited from Hernandez's mistake the following inning, as his out call on Gleyber Torres was reversed when replays showed the second baseman easily beat a throw to first.

Then in the top of the fourth, he called Gregorius out on another slow roller, only to have that one overturned too when replay showed Gregorius beat the ball to first by a wide margin.

Hernandez did have one of his calls upheld on replay, giving him a 1-for-4 night on replay-aided calls.

With Game 3 getting out of hand, Hernandez's work quickly became a source of amusement on Twitter.

More umpiring fun could be in store on Tuesday, as Hernandez is scheduled to be calling balls and strikes during Game 4 at Yankee Stadium.
