Dallas Cowboys vice president of player personnel Will McClay said he declined an interview with the Houston Texans for their open general manager job, according to ESPN's Todd Archer. The Cowboys had previously granted permission to the Texans.

Browns head coach Hue Jackson interviewed Texans quarterbacks coach Sean Ryan for the offensive coordinator job, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

The Packers also hired former New York Giants assistant Frank Cignetti as quarterbacks coach, according to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The Denver Broncos announced several additions to their coaching staff. Tom McMahon was named special teams coordinator, Chris Strausser was hired as offensive line-tackles coach, Greg Williams was made defensive backs coach, and Zach Azzanni was named wide receivers coach.
