For the first World Series game at Minute Maid Park since 2005, the Houston Astros will call upon Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt to throw out the ceremonial first pitch Friday.

Game 3 is the beginning of the Houston chapter of the Fall Classic, with the next three games - all of which are guaranteed - to take place in the Astros' home ballpark.

The Los Angeles Dodgers went with the family of late legend Jackie Robinson to throw out the first pitch before Game 1, while iconic former broadcaster Vin Scully and former left-handed pitcher Fernando Valenzuela teamed up prior to Game 2.

Watt, who is set to miss the remainder of the NFL season through injury, raised $37 million for Hurricane Harvey relief. He previously threw out the first pitch before a regular-season game in April.
